We are the largest independent holiday letting company in North Wales.
At Dioni we have a passion for the people, culture, language, countryside & coast. We have great local knowledge and understanding of each specific area and property.
We are looking for a sense of authenticity when we take on a new holiday cottage. Seeking a real ‘place’ ~ somewhere with distinctive heritage and culture, which connects with the region’s unique landscapes, food and people.

Tucked within the sheltered valley of Nantyweirglodd Isaf - “Lower Hay Meadow by the Stream” - Gwyddfid-Y-Ffynnon sits at the heart of the Wellstone Cottages estate, surrounded by twenty-three acres of meadows, woodland and riverbank in the beautiful Pembrokeshire countryside.
Guests can explore woodland trails and follow the old railway walkway beside the River Taf, perfect for morning strolls or off-lead dog adventures. There are lakes and deep river pools for wild swimming or fishing, while hammocks, rope swings and climbing rings offer simple, wholesome fun for all ages. A welcoming local pub lies less than a mile away, serving hearty food and local ale - the perfect end to a day outdoors.
The coastal town of Cardigan is just twenty minutes away, with its castle, cafés, independent shops and riverside walks. The nearby beaches of Newport Sands, Poppit Sands, Mwnt and Llangrannog are all family-friendly and dog-friendly, with the Pembrokeshire Coast Path linking them in a sweep of spectacular scenery. Inland, the Preseli Hills rise with panoramic trails and prehistoric stone circles waiting to be discovered, while local favourites such as Cilgerran Castle, Cenarth Falls and the Cardigan Wildlife Centre make for memorable day trips.
Peaceful, playful and perfectly placed between coast and hills, Gwyddfid-Y-Ffynnon offers the best of both Pembrokeshire worlds - where country calm meets coastal adventure.
