This Victorian house offers bright and well decorated en-suite bedrooms (many with original fireplaces). Freshly cooked breakfasts using home cooked and locally sourced produce are served in a lovely breakfast room with flexibility on seating arrangements (no need to share). Free wifi and flat screen digital TVs, hairdryer, coffee, tea and biscuits in every room. Cyclists benefit from a secure courtyard and lock up.

Just 30 yards from the seafront in a quiet street, only 5 minutes walk to Pier or Redoubt Fortress and a short walk to the centre of town and rail station. Numerous restaurants, pubs and bars are just a step away. The beautiful South Downs and Beachy Head are an easy walk or bus ride.
