The History of Quay
Set up in 2006 by husband and wife team, Helen and Duncan, with just five properties, Quay’s portfolio now comprises over 120 properties. Today, Quay Holidays remains a family-run business, employing a knowledgeable team, all living in the local area. For us, local knowledge is Quay. Our dedicated team knows Poole and its surrounding areas inside out and is passionate about helping you find the perfect property for your holiday. From our base in Poole Old Town, we provide a comprehensive full-management service. Our meticulous cleaning crew and knowledgeable maintenance team take the stress out of holiday letting for homeowners and ensure our guests enjoy a consistently high-quality service. All our properties offer a home-from-home experience, evidenced by the many satisfied guests who return year after year. We offer everything from cosy one-bedroom apartments to spacious five-bedroom houses – just let us know what you need!
Your Quay to relaxation
Our offices are open 7 days a week for guest arrivals, so we are always on hand to answer queries. Our interactive website allows guests to explore our vast range of properties, located in and around the Poole and Bournemouth area, and book their stay 24 hours a day. For guests who would rather speak to us in person, our phone lines are open until 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 4pm on Sunday, with an out-of-hours service available during the evening for emergencies. Our directly employed Service Team ensures standards remain consistently high and any issues are dealt with promptly. All properties are provisioned with crisp linen and fluffy towels, including beach towels and a complimentary welcome pack of tea, coffee and hot chocolate together with local biscuits and nuts is provided. In the fridge, you will also find a nicely chilled bottle of white wine awaiting your arrival.

A beautifully furnished four-bedroom semi-detached house, in sought-after Harbourside Park. Just minutes' walk to Poole Quay with its many bars and restaurants.
A four-bedroom property in sought-after Harbourside Park. The ground floor comprises an open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area with seats for six people. Doors from the kitchen leading out to the courtyard garden with outside seating - perfect for al fresco dining! The first floor offers three bedrooms and the family bathroom. The second bedroom has a 4ft6in double bed with built-in wardrobes and a balcony with some sea glimpses. The third bedroom has a 4ft6in double bed with built-in wardrobes. Fourth bedroom with a 3ft single bed. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath, sink, toilet and electric shaver point. Steep stairs to the second-floor with the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a 5ft kingsize bed and a fold-out balcony with sea glimpses. One dedicated off-road parking space is situated to the rear of the property.
Parking - One off-road parking spaces to the rear of the property. Further visitor parking can be found within the development on a first-come, first-served basis.
Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central heating. Hairdryer.
Technology - 43 inch Smart TV in Living Room and 32 inch Smart TV in master bedroom with DVD player. Both with freeview. WIFI.
Kitchen - Fridge/freezer, fan-assisted double oven, 4 ring electric hob, slimline dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer.
Restrictions - No smoking. No pets permitted. Please note the stairs to the top floor bedroom are a little steep.
Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
