Our lovingly restored Hawks Barn is a mix of contemporary combined with original charm, situated right in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. With views over Pen-y-ghent and distant views of Ingleborough and Whernside, Hawks Barn makes for a wonderful holiday base. We are ideally positioned 0.6 miles from the Crown Hotel Pub, in a peaceful hamlet adjoining Horton-in-Ribblesdale, which is perfect for the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, Pennine Way and Pennine Bridleway, amongst others.
Hawks Barn boasts two wonderful social spaces / chill out areas, three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a boot / drying room and outside seating area, bike storage and washing facilities.
PLEASE NOTE: We can accommodate 9 people at an additional cost. The three extra 'underbed' singles are perfect if you have younger guests or guests who don't mind a slightly smaller single, please note, not full size, slightly smaller.
There is a small walled courtyard garden with seating.
We live opposite (shared drive) so are on hand for any questions.
I live with my partner and our daughter in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. I have always worked in the tourism industry and my partner is a Civil Engineer. We love holidays so just being able to help others enjoy their own is fabulous! We have travelled extensively and love exploring new places and bringing slices of each country and county back home to Yorkshire!
We are in one of the most spectacular areas of the Yorkshire Dales and quite literally, the area is breathtaking and exudes beauty at every turn!
