Potential for noise — This apartment is centrally located, and some street noise is unavoidable, especially on weekends. Must climb stairs — Guests must climb the stairs to access the apartment. There is no lift. Not suitable for guests with many luggage items. Also wouldn't be advised for guests who suffer from walking up and downstairs. Parking — There is no parking available onsite. The closest secure parking is in the Arndale Shopping centre. (Arndale, High Street, Nicholas Croft, M4 1AZ) Groups — Strictly no parties, gatherings, or hen/stag does. FACILITIES - There is no washing machine. There is a laundrette on the same street less than 3 minute walk. (24 High St, Manchester M4 1QB) ID - We take our own ID Verification & Contact Details to be provided prior to checkin. Guests - Only guests registered on the booking are permitted to enter or sleep, or without prior notice. No additional overnight stays. After booking, you'll receive a secure link to complete your virtual check-in via our guest portal.
