The Annexe is a delightful cottage in the village of Ganllyd near to Dolgellau in North Wales. The cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms which are a ground floor double with en-suite, a twin and a single as well as a separate bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with dining area and a seating area, an external utility and a sitting room with woodburning stove. To the outside is off road parking for two cars and a front patio with picnic table, rear courtyard with furniture and lawned garden, shared with owner. Set in a stunning location, The Annexe is a great place to enjoy at any time of the year. Please note: not suitable for children aged 5 and under

The scattered village of Ganllwyd is surrounded by extensive Coed-y-Brenin Forestry Commission, at the head of the beautiful Mawddach Estuary, overlooked by the Cader Idris Mountain Range. The nearby town of Dolgellau is a superb base for a holiday with relaxing days out on the sandy beaches of Barmouth, Fairbourne and Aberdovey. Dolgellau offers a good selection of shops, pubs and places to eat and there are excellent restaurants for light snacks in many of the nearby coastal resorts.
