Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, in a traditionally converted beautiful stone built barn located in the Durham Dales. Renowned for its lovely scenery and exceptional walks, take a stroll along the Teesdale Way. Located in Romaldkirk, 6 miles from the beautiful, historic town of Barnard Castle and the stunning Bowes Museum styled on a French Style Chateau, housing an enviable art collection. Close to the city of Durham, Cumbria and North Yorkshire. A gem of a place to visit.

Romaldkirk is a peaceful village located near the market town of Barnard Castle. It is predominantly traditional stone built houses and cottages. There is ample parking at the cottage. There is a local bus service (Weardale Travel) which runs throughout the day, Monday to Saturday. For bus services travelling outside of Teesdale Arriva runs from Barnard Castle.
