Perfectly situated for exploring the great Yorkshire outdoors by bike or on foot, and for those wishing to get away from it all. Hill Crest is in an Area of Natural Outstanding Beauty next to National Trust Marsden Moor Estate, close to the Pennine Way. 7 minutes' walk away from Marsden village with its local breweries, pubs, cafes, independent stores and a Co-op. Paddle boarding and wild swimming is popular at nearby Sparth reservoir. Apologies no pets (because of local livestock). Please note, parking is available at the bottom on the main road (for one car), but it will be necessary to walk to the bungalow, a distance of approximately 100 yards. Due to Hill Crest being located on a steep hill with a rough farmers track, this property is not suitable for those with mobility issues.
