This is our family holiday home and would like holiday makers to enjoy and love it as much as we do! It is situated on the new Luxury Maple View Development at Parkdean Resort Newquay, it’s far enough away from the hustle and bustle and close enough to enjoy all the on site facilities. What sold it for us is its amazing position on the end with uninterrupted Cornish countryside views, it does not feel like it’s in a holiday park. The holiday home was brand new 2022 and we are proud to keep it that way. It’s a high specification holiday home and has all the creature comforts you expect to have at home, giving you that home from home experience. We regularly use it between holiday rentals so we can check it and enjoy it. On entrance you are greeted with open plan living space with stunning views of the Cornish Countryside from the French Doors leading to the veranda. The lounge area has a feature electric fireplace, Smart TV, 3 seater and 2 seater sofa. The modern kitchen has seating for 4, plenty of storage, all the cookware you should need for a holiday, integrated appliances including Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Fridge/Freezer and there is a Gas Oven and Hob with an Extractor Over. Moving though to the Bedrooms, there is a Twin Bedroom with a wall mounted Smart TV, USB charging points, and wardrobe space and a King Size Bedroom with a King Size Bed, Dressing Table with storage and Hairdryer, USB charging points and wall mounted Smart TV. The King Size Bedroom is also complimented with a heated walk in wardrobe and En-Suite Shower room comprising of a 3 piece suite to include Shower, Basin with vanity unit and W/C. The main Bathroom also comprises of a 3 piece suite including Shower, Basin with vanity unit and W/C - the Gas Boiler is housed within the Bathroom. To help enjoy the view we complimented the holiday home with wrap around composite decking with glass panels, decking lights and luxury outside furniture.

We are a family of 4 and fell in love with Parkdean Newquay during a Birthday Holiday in 2022 for our then 2 year old daughter. We want holiday makers to enjoy our beautiful relaxing holiday home and know that you’re going to be in a well looked after and cherished accommodation. We also loved the design of our 2 Bedroom ABI Windermere, it just feels like home - it’s exactly the same footprint as a 3 bedroom, the only difference being the layout of the bedroom / bathroom areas. Parkdean Resort Newquay is just a 10 minute drive from the beaches, shops, supermarkets and town centre. Whether you are looking for a family holiday or a romantic getaway the resort offers so much to suit all holiday makers: 3 heated outdoor pools (open April to September), high ropes course, bungee trampolines, pirate themed crazy golf course, Arts & Crafts Den, with activities like teddy bear making and pottery painting, pop-up food and drink vendors to a brand new kids' shop, refurbished existing facilities, including a new look restaurant, and adventure playground. Evening entertainment includes childrens disco, Starland Krazy show, linked bingo, Family shows and cabaret shows for the adults. The facilities on the park are open Mid March to End of October. Our property is situated on the new Luxury Maple View area and is available to rent from early March to 2nd January. So if you prefer it a little quieter, perfect to go out of season and also enjoy Christmas by the sea.
