Hi I am Francien!
I love this great city I have called home for many years and enjoy discovering new places in it every day. I am originally from Indonesia and the travel bug is still strong in me as I love exploring new places and cultures. I visit Indonesia often and have had holidays in Germany, Jordan, Turkey, Spain, Italy, India, France, Sri Lanka, Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Egypt and Portugal to name but a few. With Homestay I can continue to meet new people and learn of new places from the comfort of my home.
I am happy to share my home and have lots of handy tips for you to make the most of your time and budget. Coco, the cat, is the permanent and main guest. She likes to be left alone.
I invite you to come and stay with me .
Please feel free to ask me any questions, practical or fun, to get the most out of your visit before and during your stay.
"Sir, when a man is tired of London, he is tired of life; for there is in London all that life can afford" -a quote from Dr Samuel Johnson, English writer in 18th century - and it is still true today.

Another part of the borough, Kennington, is famous for the Oval Cricket Ground, where county and test cricket matches are played. Famous local residents have included Charlie Chaplin - who was born in Kennington in 1889 and Vincent van Gogh who lived on Hackford Road from 1873 to 1874.
There are 4 underground stations: Brixton, Clapham Common, Clapham North and Clapham South and 3 train stations: Brixton, Streatham Hill & Herne Hill.
