As from 31st August 2018, The Humber Royal Hotel will no longer accept cash payments on arrival for any bookings. All guests will be required to complete a pre-authorisation using their credit or debit card on arrival. If a guest cannot provide the hotel with a pre-authorisation then the hotel reserves the right to refuse the guest and cancel the reservation. All pre-authorisations will be cancelled for each guest on their departure from the hotel. Any guests wishing to pay cash can do so on their departure.
