The property is situated on the Leeds Liverpool canal with a 10 min walk into Leeds city centre or you can walk the opposite way for miles and great for runners and cyclists.

The house is in a quiet residential area. Not near a main road.
There is a canal path at the end of the street , this is about a 15 min walk which takes you into Granary Wharf where you can find bars and restaurants.
There is a lovely Italian restaurant, ( booking is recommended ) and Fazenda which is a meat restaurant , a rooftop bar overlooking the city which is a must ! and also a few bars overlooking the canal.
There is also Leeds train station accessible from Granary wharf and a couple of mins walk into Leeds City Centre.
