ONLY 300 metres from the Blue Flag beach of East Runton🏖️
We are dog friendly too :-)
Built in 1687 (grade II listed) for a local wealthy landowner and remodelled and enlarged in 1792 into it’s current style, Incleborough has over the last century or so gradually lost much of it’s land but none of it’s character or grandeur. It still remains a stunning grade II listed country house.
Set in a magnificent half acre of mature English walled gardens overlooking the Lower Common in the small fishing village of East Runton, it is 300 mtrs FROM THE BLUE FLAG EAST RUNTON BEACH 🏖️
We offer 3 lovely bedrooms all with ensuites.
We have a deluxe ground floor twin which overlooks the common, it has been sensitively designed for easy wheel chair access both in the bedroom and in the large contemporary ensuite wet-room (a shower chair is available upon request).
We have a non-smoking policy throughout.
Our deluxe Master room on the first floor with twin full height windows overlooking the garden has a superking bed and full ensuite.
Our 3rd bedroom also on the first floor, is slightly smaller room but also has a superking bed and a large full ensuite.
We have a drawing room for the exclusive use of our guests at all times. It is intended to be a place for relaxation and, if you feel like it, a friendly chat. There is a real fire here for a little cheer on those chilly days.
We do not have a drinks licence, so cannot sell any, but you are very welcome to bring your own wine or other drinks and we will be pleased to let you have appropriate glasses for use either in the drawing room or your own room. Guests are also welcome to use the enclosed garden and patio areas.
Breakfast is served in the dining room.
Love eating out at the new ‘gastro restaurant’ White Horse Bar and Grill plus walking along the blue Flag beach just 300 metres from house 🍷🥂🏖️🍽️
Norwich is just 25 miles away and has rail links to the Midlands (2 hours 30 mins), London (1 hour 40 mins) together with air links to Exeter and Scotland. The railway station at Cromer (1 mile from us ) links to Norwich.
Norfolk has much to offer with its Heritage coastline, a Royal country retreat, inland waterways, a cathedral city and small market towns, all close by.East Runton is a small and pretty North Norfolk seaside village with beautiful surrounding countryside for summer and winter walks plus a superb beach, local shops and pubs – all just minutes away.
