「I had high hopes for this hotel and here are some of the pros; Check in was very smooth and simple. The hotel is situated in a very picturesque place in Balloch. Staff were very friendly. Good size room. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.」

「Great location, the walk around the loch starts from the hotel and there are shops around if you need. Great breakfast and dinner (and recommend you book dinner, as it is popular). Very attentive and friendly staff, will stay here again :)」
