Ivy House Barn is tucked away in the grounds of the owner's property. It's a really pretty but modern one-bedroom cottage ideal for business or holiday use and providing private space with its own entrance, sitting room, kitchen and shower room. There is even a small garden with patio table and chairs. The barn is situated in the centre of Heckington village with two excellent cafes and two pubs just a minute or two's walk. The Barn has WIFI, a SMART TV, toaster, fridge freezer, microwave, comfy sofas + sofabed. The sofa bed is upstairs in the bedroom. There is a parking space next to the cottage.

Ivy House Barn is in the heart of the village of Heckington but is tucked away with lots of privacy. The Windmill Shop with local cakes, fruit and produce is around the corner- a truly British gem. We’re friendly and like to know you’re settled in, but then you have space to relax. The barn is self-contained and has its own garden and parking, wifi and a smart tv. Heckington is a pretty village with Europe's only 8-sail windmill which sells flour and porridge and also hosts its own brewery! There are regular buses and a train station. There are several takeaways in the village and three excellent cafes. There's a regular bus service and a train station. Cycling is easy here as it is relatively flat and there are loads of walks for dog lovers. You can visit beautiful Lincoln city which is just half an hour north or reach out to the sandy beaches on the east coast. Heckington is a village full of character and the church, St Andrew's dates back to Roman times. The village has its own award winning butchers behind the church and a medium sized Co-op and corner shop for groceries. Sleaford is approx five miles away with a wider variety of shops and restaurants. RAF Cranwell is 10 miles, RAF Coningsby approximately 15 miles.
