Hello, I am Claire, we have just taken over the ownership of the Ivydene in November and we are very excited to welcome new and old customers. We are a family run business who love Skegness and the surrounding area so when my parents retired we all decided to move up here. We strive to give our guests a clean room and good quality hearty breakfast in our home from home guest house, so come and join us for a great time in Skeggy at the Ivydene

Property information

We are a family run bed and breakfast located in an ideal place close to both the seafront and the town centre of Skegness. Our rooms are cosy, clean and functional and all have en-suite facilities. We aim to be a home from home b & b and very family friendly.

Neighbourhood information

Skegness is a great place to stay for families and couples alike. The seafront is alive many superb attractions, arcades and and above all our award winning sandy beach. The town is thriving with entertainment venues to suit all tastes and an abundance of good quality restaurants and food outlets. The Ivydene is conveniently situated in a great location for all that Skegness has to offer and within a short walking distant from the railway and bus interchange. Skegness is also makes a great base for day trips to our neighbouring resorts of Ingoldmells, Winthorpe, Chapel St. Leonards and Mablethorpe and is also a great pace for golfing and fishing trips.
