This is a newly built building, my husband built them and named it after his late father.
The flats are modern, theres six last but its quiet and peaceful.
The beach is a two minute walk away , the lighthouse is a five minute walk, you can see the lighthouse out of the living room window.
withernsea centre is five minutes away, you can walk to all these places.
