Our brand new, 2023 caravan is our second caravan on Newquay Bay Resort. (Molly’s Retreat being our first) It’s a well equipped, self contained caravan that sleeps 6. It has a lovely master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite toilet room and double wardrobe. It also has 2 twin rooms, each with a single wardrobe. Room 2 has slightly wider and longer beds for those with taller stature. There is a lovely open plan living room area with settee, coffee table, dining table and a kitchen with gas oven, integrated microwave and a fridge freezer. It’s decorated in a lovely modern style and has a feature fireplace with multi coloured display and back lighting. The settee is a comfy wrap around style so all guests can see the 43” smart tv. There is free, private Wi-Fi. There is a family shower room with toilet and basin and good size shower cubicle. The caravan is on a plot in a quieter area of the park, with no through road. It now has a brand new private deck with outdoor seating area. NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE. NO PETS. NO MIXED OR SINGLE SEX GROUPS UNDER 25. NO STAG OR HEN DO’S. NO WORKMEN/CONTRACTORS. This is only for families, couples, older friend groups. PLEASE NOTE, SWIMMING POOL PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN OUR PRICE. They can be purchased by yourselves at guest services on site when you are here. We send prices for the pool passes in our welcome message, as we aren’t allowed to add prices here. *Please be aware that through the winter months, no facilities will be open, due to the site closing them due to lack of demand*

We are sisters who love Cornwall and enjoy providing a spotlessly clean caravan for people to enjoy their holiday in. This is our second caravan and is very special to us as it’s named in memory of our very special mum, who we very sadly lost in March ‘23. She adored her holidays in Cornwall so it seems right that we are helping other families, couples and friend groups to make special memories, in her memory. We live and stay locally so are almost always on hand if needed. We like to meet our guests when we can, so we are more than just a name. We have already started to have returning guests which is lovely reward for all the love and hard work we put into our caravans.

Porth is a beautiful area with stunning beaches and headland walks. Under 10 mins in the car to Newquay town centre. Porth beach is walkable in 10-15mins, sadly up a hill, but it’s very worth it and all downhill on the way back! The site itself has a bar, restaurant, small arcade, indoor and outdoor pool, kids playground, on-site shop, surf shop, salon, launderette and beautiful countryside views. The site is close to Watergate Bay, Fistral Beach, Porth Beach, as well as other beaches along the coast. 10-15 mins to Newquay airport.
