A spacious and luxurious detached holiday home, Keepers Lodge accommodates up to 10 people at Hillfield Village, near historic Dartmouth. The property has five bedrooms – on the ground floor are three rooms (one king en suite, one double en suite room plus a twin room), and on the first floor is two twin rooms, and a gallery area with TV and seating. There is also a family bathroom with whirlpool bath on the ground floor. The property also has a large private outdoor hot tub, an open plan dining/living room and a beautiful kitchen and utility room. Guests can enjoy the use of Hillfield Village’s children’s play area, all-weather tennis court and beautiful gardens. Keepers Lodge is a wonderful, luxurious holiday property for a group getaway with friends or family. PLEASE NOTE: If a booking is made last minute (arrival within 5 days) we cannot guarantee that the hot tub will be available. Please check with the Dartmouth Team upon booking. The new children’s play area with a climbing frame, slide and swings, along with the outdoor tennis court remains open all year round. Please note - tennis rackets and balls are NOT provided. Due to the Health and Safety policy, any use of barbecues is strictly prohibited at Hillfield Village.

Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the stunning Start Bay coastline, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many popular events such as the annual Dart Music Festival, Dartmouth Food Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta. This historic town boasts interesting landmarks, such as Dartmouth Castle, the Britannia Royal Naval College, and the National Trust’s Greenway House just a short ferry ride away. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through the rolling countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat or ferry trip across to Kingswear, on to Brixham, or down the river to the village of Dittisham.
