Shared accommodation with private rooms intended for clients on a low budget whether they are contractor's or travelling for leisure and don't mind sharing. All rooms have their own individual locks for room security, the common areas are shared with other guests. The property is furnished to a very high standard, here you are able to cook your own meals and really relax in privacy. The property 6 individual bedrooms, the property is fully equipped for a home from home experience. Our entertainment equipment offers Netflix and YouTube on the TV but if you have your own profile account you can simply login on the TV and enjoy the shows that you were watching at home. Stream your own media using My-Places devices or use My-Places services for your own entertainment.

There is a Morrsions supermarket to the rear of the property and with a short 2 minute walk you are at the tram stop with trams going to Manchester city centre regularly. The property is located down a quite street just off the main road.

If you book at least 7 days in advance and for a minimum of 7 nights the property will offer a free airport pickup service (maximum 4 guests) and continental breakfast is free for the first day, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Please be advised that upon receiving your booking we will take up to approximately 30% of the total cost, from the card provided without further notice. This is part of our processing procedure in order to secure the property for your stay. The outstanding balance can be made via bank transfer within 7 days before arrival or in cash upon arrival.
