Briarwood House is a superb Lakeland residence located in the Crosthwaite area of Keswick, less than ten minutes’ walk from the popular market square. The house has been presented to offer great social space for friends and family and offers high quality accommodation in an excellent location. This beautiful property offers a choice of five bedrooms, four with ensuite facilities, including one on the ground floor, a bright and spacious lounge, a welcoming snug/reading room/movie room with Smart TV and patio doors to the garden. There is a conservatory dining room, that again opens to the patio, an excellent social kitchen all equipped and finished to an excellent standard providing great accommodation ideal for social holidays with friends or special family celebrations. Being so well situated Brairwood House not only offers a great base from which to explore the whole of the Lake District but closer to home there are a great selection of walks direct from the door offering everything from a very short walk to the local “Pheasant Inn” to enjoy a pub lunch sharpening your appetite before dinner with a walk up Latrigg to see the sunset or head to the summit of Skiddaw.
