Company information

A warm welcome from Gary & Julie. The best thing about running Kilbrannan is the pleasure of meeting some lovely people and seeing many of them return time after time. We love quality food and display this through our freshly cooked breakfasts which are available for all diets. Great Yarmouth is also a passion of ours and with almost all attractions, the beach and town being within a couple of minute's walk of our front door we think we live in the perfect location.

Property information

Owned and managed by Gary & Julie Smith, Kilbrannan Guest House specializes in Hospitality, Cleanliness and superb breakfasts along with excellent accommodation and a perfect location in Great Yarmouth. After having our house completely rewired, we now have USB sockets in every room, modern LED lighting to all en-suites and superfast WIFI throughout the house free of charge. As breakfast is so important for us to get right for you we ask that you let us know of any dietary requirements/ specifics at the time of booking so that we can make sure we have everything in. Thank you.

Neighbourhood information

We are positioned only a 1 or 2 minute walk from the sea and a 6 or 7 minute walk from the town centre. The promenade is 3 miles long and after the 1 or 2 minute walk to the front you are exactly in the centre of the 3 miles. All of Great Yarmouth's attractions are very easy to walk to including the Sealife Centre, model Village, 5 crazy golf, 2 ten pin bowling, arcades, pleasure beach, 2 piers and much, much more. There are 2 theatres very close to us again within easy walking distance which between them have shows/ performances throughout the year. The town has plenty of shops big and small and market days are Wednesday & Saturday. We have 2 casinos and a Palace bingo hall. Great Yarmouth is spoilt for amazing places to eat and most are again within very easy walking distance from us. If you want history you won't be disappointed as we have 5 great museums and a town wall which was built in 1261 you can still walk the length of. The Norfolk Broads are only a 20 to 30 minute drive away and our bus depot is a 5 minute walk away where you can catch a regular bus to almost anywhere in Norfolk & Suffolk.
