A self contained apartment within the grounds of Kilmorie Guest House, The Gig House provides two double or twin bedded rooms upstairs and either a wheel chair accessible double room down stairs or a very comfortable sitting room with double opening door onto it's own small enclosed courtyard and a single door onto the car parking area. The lower floor has been designed to be a flexible space where the sitting room can easily be converted into a wheelchair accessible bedroom with adjacent wet-room/lavatory/shower room and a small kitchen. The kitchen, although small, is sufficient for short-term accommodation with an oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave oven and all the utensils required. This allows for option of self catering, but equally, for an additional cost, breakfast can be provided in the main house - full cooked, cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt etc. The main dining room is also wheelchair accessible with a fixed ramp at the main entrance of the building.
