The open-plan living space includes a kitchen housing an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating, TV and woodburning stove. There is a super-king-size bed serviced by a shower room. To the outside is a decked area with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. This property does not accept pets or smoking. The property has fantastic access to walks and cycling. Bird watching opportunities are very close to the property. The Solent coastal area is only 0.1 miles away. Within 1.4 miles there is a shop, 0.6 miles a pub and 4.7 miles, a beach. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Lymington Lodge provides a unique bolthole in Hampshire, whatever time of year.

Lymington is a picturesque market town on the west bank of the Lymington River, at the western end of The Solent and on the southern boundary of the New Forest National Park. There are regular ferry connections to the Isle of Wight, in addition to being a popular sailing destination.
