Decorated inside in neutral shades there are some pieces of exciting modern artwork dotted about on the walls. A herringbone patterned wooden floor runs throughout the house in various shades. As you might expect, the interior has spacious living arrangements with an open plan kitchen and stylish dining area - with gorgeous wooden table and leather bucket chairs, which leads through to the living room. This houses a large L-shaped sofa plus additional seating, looking - and opening through triple bifold doors - onto a large, newly built outside dining terrace. And you can see the sea! It’s a breathtaking sea view, so good the photos truly don’t do it justice.
The kitchen is well equipped with sleek, navy, modern kitchen cupboards, an
American style fridge-freezer, Miele dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine,
toaster, and a kettle.
You access the property on the ground floor via the side door into the hallway. Neatly stored beneath the staircase, all your laundry requirements are taken care of with the Miele washing machine and Miele tumble dryer hidden in cupboards. There is also a roomy ground floor shower room, ideal for when you’ve returned home from a day at the beach. Wash that sand off as soon as you get in.
Knots Landing has three bedrooms, with one bathroom, one shower room, and
importantly two loos! All these wash rooms are decorated to a high standard using modern materials and styles.
Bedroom arrangements are across the first floor and feature a Master bedroom with super king size bed with a rattan headboard and an en suite featuring loo and basin. This bedroom has French windows opening out to sea views across the rooftops to Salcombe harbour, with a lovely balcony, wooden decking, and table and chairs where you can sit out and enjoy your morning cup of something hot whilst watching the town wake up.
Also on the first floor, there is a pleasing bunk room and separate twin room, both sharing the lovely family bathroom.
Freya lives close by and will be available to assist you throughout your stay.
Whilst there is sadly no parking available outside the property, the nearest long-stay parking is at Creek Long Stay Car Park on Gould Road, which is a 6 or 7-minute walk away. Lower Cliftonville is within a short walking distance to the centre of town.
The Courtenay community children’s playground is in front of Lower Cliftonville.
