Sharing the interest of this part of North Manchester, people in the North of England are friendly and polite. This part of Lancashire has many interesting items dating back to 1700, and especially the Industrial Revolution during Queen Victoria period as our building was the home of the Chairman of Manchester stock exchange during this period.

Each five suite contains an attractive lounge, bedroom with either a comfortable double or King size bed or two single beds, a bathroom with a bath or walk-in shower, and hair dries, towels, separate kitchen with electric cookers, toasters and fridges. Clients will also find that their suites are light, bright and very clean and comfortable and relaxing with a pleasant views outside and not overlooked by other buildings as so many buildings in Manchester are surrounded by other buildings.

As La Suisse Service Apartments is on Bury Old Road (A665) 4 miles ( 6.43 km ) from the city of Manchester or Bury. The 1868 building is set back from the main road, clients should get a good nights sleep as it is set in a quiet location surrounded by mature trees and gardens, with free parking and free internet. We are very close to Heaton Park which is the largest municipal park in Europe which has an 18 hole golf course. La Suisse building is 3 minutes away by foot from Tesco Express, take aways, restaurants, and close by a petrol station, bus stop for 135 for the city or Bury Town Centre. Also half a mile away by foot on Bury Old Road, the Heaton Park tram station linking the city of Manchester, Media City, in Salford, Altrincham, and the city two leading football teams, also Trafford shopping centre, Manchester Airport and Bury town centre. M60 motorway is one mile away ( 1.6093 km ) from Exit 17 on Bury New Road, (A56) which connects to many motorways in the UK.

As there is no receptionist on the premises guests must inform La Suisse Apartments 24 hours before arrival date of their estimated arrival time. Please use the contact information on the booking confirmation to do this. Please contact the property 30 minutes before arrival. Please note that the minimum age of guests is over 23 years old. Check-out is 09:00 - 11:00 on Saturday and Sunday. The building has 3 stories and there is no lift. Assistance with luggage can be provided on request. Guests are required to bring photo identification (driving license or passport) and the card with which the booking was made. There are no refunds for guests leaving before the end of the contract. Only a maximum of 2 people plus 1 child if possible per apartment is permitted and their names and full addresses must be given at the time of booking. The property cannot accept Visa Electron cards.
