Leahurst is a large late Victorian gentleman’s residence built in 1889 with many period features. It is set within its own grounds, with a beautiful walled lawned garden to the front and at the end of the drive a carport with free private parking for guests. It’s a family home with 3 guest bedrooms; 2 large super king rooms and 1 large twin room, all with a private ensuite shower. The rooms all have tea/coffee making facilities, flat screen TV, hairdryer, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The rooms are all on the first floor and are approached by a wide split level staircase. Each room has its own seating area with views of Snowdonia National Park and of the sea in the distance. There is a conservatory where breakfast is served and where guests are welcome to relax.
Leahurst is owned and hosted by myself, Jackie and my husband John. We decided to leave the bustle of city life to set up in hospitality here in Tywyn. John’s parents ran a B&B in nearby Aberdovey so the transition was made easier.
We very much look forward to welcoming you and hope you enjoy Leahurst and the local surroundings as much as we do.
