The property is a cosy 2 bedroom Bungalow up a private lane in the heart of the village of Totland. Less than 5 minutes walk from the waters edge at beautiful Totland Bay.
Very conveniently, the village shop is at the end of the lane. Which stocks everything you could need for your stay.
There is also a very popular fish and chip/Pizza/Kebab shop within one minutes walk and a Chinese take away within five minutes walk.
Totland Bay is one of the prettiest and most sheltered bathing beaches on the Island. Famous for its views and especially its sunsets over the mainland, a couple of miles away. The coastal path from the bay links you to several good eateries including "The Waterfront" in Totland Bay and the famous, "The Hut" restaurant just a pleasant 10 minute stroll away along the sea front, at Colwell Bay. The property is well suited to those who wish to explore the Island. The coastal path to the Needles and beyond to Tennyson Down is close by. The property is on the Randonee' Cycle route around the Island and the Southern Vectis bus stop is right at the end of the lane. With regular connections to the rest of the Island.
