The house features an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room area. Upstairs you can enjoy the Jacuzzi bath! It's only a 10 to 15 minutes walk to the Highcross and the city centre.

The lounge adjoins a dining area with an extendable table which follows into a modern fitted kitchen complete with large range cooker. The first floor consists of hotel style master bedroom suite complete with double bed, pull out / trundle bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers which looks out onto a Victorian street lamp which is a part of the historic cobbled street. The second bedroom contains a double bed, side table and wardrobe and overlooks the garden. Adjacent to this is the bathroom which contains shower gel, shampoo and essentials as well as a jacuzzi bath. The final room contains a double bed which also overlooks the garden.
