We love meeting all our guests and really mean our greeting message in our original caravan that we hope all that enter as guests leave as friends. Our whole ethos is to exceed your expectations and hope that after you have visited you shall return whenever in the area. As a family we love taking holidays ourselves and enjoy the adventure of exploring new places and finding hidden gems we are happy to share some of these in the local area with you when you visit.

Property information

Each of the unit's are personalized for all our guests and we have provided everything that we can think of that you may need during your holiday. We take great pride in keeping each unit in pristine condition and try to present it as if you were the first guest to visit. for use of the parks entertainment and Pool you require entertainment passes arranged through reception. There is no parking for commercial vehicles on the park, please do not arrive with a commercial vehicle

Neighbourhood information

Situated just outside Birchington on sea we are ideally located for all that the Isle of Thanet has to offer with over 7 miles of golden sandy beaches and some dramatic chalk cliffs the area is ideal for all those wishing for a visit to the coast we have the resurgent Margate with Dreamland and the Turner contemporary museum, Picturesque Broadstairs with its Dickens history and Vibrant Ramsgate with one of the best ports and harbours in the South East. we are also only 12 miles from the historic city of Canterbury and some of the countrys best wildlife parks which include Wingham wildlife park/Howlets zoo and Port lympe wildlife park all easily accessable and within a 30 minute drive. The port of Dover is also only a 20 minute drive away with hourly sailings to france
