A quiet, luxurious ground floor property, with your comfort and relaxation in mind. Stones throw from the famous Montrose Golf Link and stunning beach. Ample transport links. Several supermarkets, home stores, many excellent local cafes restaurants and stunning beaches nearby.

A friendly seaside town, lots of local restaurants and coffee shops close by. A car would be advantageous for longer stays to explore surrounding spots. Equally a couple of days by the sea and some fish & is very relaxing!
All modes of transport available. Extensive cycle paths along the front!
