Lion's Head is a wonderful modern and stylish semi-detached town house with hot tub in a quiet cul-de-sac development of just 15 houses with stunning views over the blue flag beach of Broad Haven, less than 300 metres away. Stairs lead from here to 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor, both the double and master bedroom have stunning sea views, while the master with its ensuite shower room has a juliette balcony, wake in the mornings or drift off to sleep listening to the waves on the beach. There is another double ensuite bedroom and a garden room on the lower ground floor, giving more space to relax and for children to play; bifold doors open to the rear, enclosed garden with a paved terrace and lawned area, a perfect sheltered spot. Guests will enjoy the newly installed hot tub, perfect for de-stressing after a busy day exploring. Steps lead from here to the balcony above, or to the side entrance and front drive. The garage/utility space is accessed from the sitting area and is an ideal space for wet weather and beach gear, perfect secure storage for bikes, kayaks and water sports equipment. Conveniently located, you are only a short downhill walk from the gorgeous sandy beach of Broad Haven, popular with surfers and families alike, there is a water sports hire shop here, while children will love spending their days, paddling, messing around on the sand and marvelling at the rock pools.
