Little Brook is a characterful mid-terrace cottage nestled on the outskirts of Ambleside within the Lake District. Boasting a family room with a double and a single, as well as a king-size, this property can sleep a total of four guests. The first floor is complete with a bathroom, whilst the ground floor is home to a kitchen/diner, a utility room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with outdoor seating and a brook flowing through, and ample off-road parking is available to the front. Little Brook is a wonderful dwelling from which to enjoy an incredible escape to the Lake District. Note: Set on a steep hill, not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Fuel for the woodburning stove can be purchased locally. Note: Dogs are not allowed in bedrooms. Note: Steps to entrance, please take care.

Ambleside is a bustling cobbled town set within the luscious landscapes of the Lake District National Park. Home to an abundance of charming cafés, vibrant pubs and restaurants, as well as a good selection of independent stores and well-established supermarkets, visitors have all their needs covered. Ideally positioned on the Northern tip of Windermere, the encompassing towns and villages of Grasmere, Bowness-on-Windermere and Conniston offer many wonderful attractions and ample opportunity for some good fell walking.
