Little Elms is literally a stone’s throw to some of the best-known eateries and watering holes in the Cotswolds, and next door to the Fosse Gallery – considered one of the best art galleries in the country. This handsome town house does not have its own outside space, rather it is a property to return to and relax in after a long day out exploring the town and the Cotswolds.
Stow-on-the-Wold is one of the Cotswolds’ most popular, historic wool towns, full of honey-coloured buildings, cosy pubs, tiny tearooms, narrow streets, independent boutiques, art galleries and antique shops as well as an impressive choice of pubs, restaurants and cafes. This is a working market town too, so there are all the general amenity stores and services you need, including food shops, banks, a pharmacy and a Post Office. Nearby Moreton-in-Marsh (4 miles) and Kingham (5 miles) have train services to London Paddington (from 90 minutes).
