We prioritise the protection of our properties, which is why we have teamed up with Truvi, the foremost guest-screening service for holiday rentals. Truvi will contact the lead guest shortly after making the booking. Prior to the start of your stay, it is necessary to verify your information and ID through Truvi. Additionally, you will have the option to either pay a 350GBP refundable deposit (subject to a 2% transaction fee) or purchase a 25GBP non-refundable damage waiver to cover upto 350GBP of accidental damages. We recommend opting for the damage waiver, as it offers you protection in the event of accidental damage during your stay upto the value of 350GBP.
