Enjoy your stay up to 4 people in this new 1-bedroom flat. Contemporary Flat on County Road offers restful and enjoyable stay while exploring one of the most iconic cities in the UK or attending the football match or gig. Close to Football Stadiums and the City Centre. The parking space subject to availability upon the request in advance. Please note there is a CCTV in operation in the common areas i.e. the main entrance to the building, the corridors, the private parking.

The flat is walking distance to Anfield, home of Liverpool Football Club, and Goodison Park, home of Everton. It is 1.4 miles from Anfield Stadium and if you walk it takes 27 minutes. By car is 8 minutes. On the match day people leave their cars miles away and walk. It is amazing to see them all in red scarfs/jackets etc. walking from different people directions. 27 minutes doesn't sound close but many roads are closed for cars to make it easier and Thank safer for fans to walk. It is 19 minutes by bus from the city centre and 9-16 minutes by taxi. PARKING The parking space subject to availability upon the request in advance. The parking on the street is limited to the parking permit holders. There is a place where you can park nearby on the street for free. It’s Heathcote Road, opposite the Walton Community Hub. It’s a walking distance from the flat 3 minutes.
