With over 3 years of hosting experience, I’ve welcomed hundreds of guests from all over the world and managed a variety of properties — from cosy apartments to larger shared homes. This experience has taught me what truly matters: comfort, cleanliness, and thoughtful touches that make every guest feel valued.

The property is located just a 2 minute walk from Bexley Village, one of South-East London’s most charming and well-connected areas. The village has a warm, community feel with a great selection of cafés, boutique shops, traditional pubs, restaurants, and convenience stores, perfect for enjoying a coffee, weekend brunch, or relaxed evening out.
Transport links are excellent — Bexley Station is only a short walk away, offering fast direct trains to London Bridge in around 35 minutes, and easy connections to Charing Cross and Cannon Street. Local bus routes also provide quick access to Bexleyheath, Sidcup, Dartford, and neighbouring areas.
