My name is Ryan, Liverpool-based hosts behind Class Living Property. After years travelling for work, I kept seeing the same problems: slow communication, confusing check-ins, and listings that overpromise. We built our serviced accommodation business to be the opposite—clear, clean, and consistent.
Starting with one house in Anfield, I want to grow a small collection of well-located homes across L4 and the city. Our guests are mainly contractors, families, relocators and people on long working business trips.
