The phone on the wall is for access to the premises only. If a member of your party needs access to the building, they can enter the room number at the main entrance, which will ring the phone and allow you to talk with them, and give them access by pressing the unlock key. Kitchen Area This apartment boasts an open-plan living room/kitchen. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, grill, ceramic hob and washer/dryer. You will also find complimentary tea, coffee, milk and sugar. The ceramic hob must be switched on at the wall. Ironing board is behind the sofa and iron is under the cupboad underneath the ceramic hob. Living Room Area The living room area has a sofa-bed that can be made into a very comfortable double bed. There is also, adequate dining for 4 people. A Smart TV will provide you with all Freeview channels, plus Netflix and apps such as Youtube, BBC iPlayer, All 4 and the ITV Hub. PLEASE NOTE Anyone exceeding the number of guests from what has been booked will have their stay terminated with no refund given back. Car Park is for 1 space only. No bigger than 2 metres high. No Large SUV. We take no responsibilty for your car being damaged
