We're a short walk away from sandy beaches, nature reserves, lively bars, coffee shops and restaurants West Kirby has its own train station, to easily access Liverpool, Chester and Wales beyond. We have major supermarket chains, Morrisons and Aldi in walking distance. This just refurbished comfy home offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, plus two separate entertaining rooms.

We live two minutes away from Balcony House and we are always around in person or on the end of the phone to give advice or to answer queries.

Such a great location. ! We have our own beach and Hilbre Island beyond all within easy walking distance, as well as a marine lake for sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, foiling and crabbing with the kids. We also have 2 major supermarket chains in West Kirby centre, Morrisons and Aldi, with Tesco's a further 4 miles away in Heswall. Local train station direct to Liverpool, or Chester and North Wales via a connection at Bidston. Bus stop in the centre of West Kirby, and cycle paths and walkways for gentle strolls. Well served with taxis, and the centre of West Kirby is mainly flat.
