Flat 12 is ideally situated in The Salcombe private apartments. Its waterside location in the heart of Salcombe offers an ideal base from which to explore all that the town has to offer, with direct access to the sea. The space With spectacular, far reaching sea views across the Salcombe estuary, the apartment is spacious and bright with two double bedrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, an open plan dining and living area, and a bathroom with a bath and shower. Both bedrooms and the living room feature sliding doors which lead directly onto the panoramic balcony, which includes a covered, spacious seating area – perfect for dining al fresco. As well as a private parking space, the apartment also benefits from exceptional communal facilities offered exclusively to residents, including a large garden and heated swimming pool (with seasonal opening times). Conveniently located on Fore Street in the heart of the town, the apartment offers the perfect base for a Salcombe getaway. Location: The apartment is situated on the first floor of The Salcombe (on the same level as the car park and main entrance), above Dick and Wills brasserie which is consistently ranked as one of the best places to eat in the town, serving an array of high quality local produce and sea food.

Salcombe is a charming little town on the bank of what is often described as the prettiest harbour in England. Picture-perfect pastel-coloured houses make up a Positano-like scene overlooking water, sandy beaches and rolling green hills of the surrounding countryside. Salcombe has a uniquely wonderful array of shops ranging from an acclaimed butcher and baker to art galleries selling serious contemporary works and chic boutiques. Stepping out from N° 12 you are right in the heart of Salcombe, only a few minutes walk from all of the lovely shops restaurants and four great pubs. The Harbour Hotel is three minutes by foot and has a gorgeous bar and restaurant as well as an award-winning spa with a pool. Catch the gorgeous little ferry to be on the sandy beaches of East Portlemouth in minutes or stroll almost an exact mile along the coastal path to North Sands and the famous Winking Prawn.
