Do you want to escape to a secluded off grid hideaway where you can unpack and unwind in your own private meadow?
Fire up the BBQ or grab a glass of bubbles and lie back and relax under the stars in our beautiful roll-top bath.
Explore the area with our award-winning local pub, plan your trip to the coast, or just take it easy in your own private sanctuary.
Here at the farm we’re all about the luxury whilst getting back to nature and enjoying the great outdoors.
So get ready to unpack, unplug and unwind in the heart of the Somerset Levels.
**PLEASE NOTE - THE HUTs ARE ON MAINS WATER BUT ARE SOLAR-POWERED. THERE ARE NO 3-PIN SOCKETS JUST 2 USB POINTS. **
We can provide breakfast or BBQ hampers waiting in the hut upon your arrival, or why not book a Feed the Sheep experience and meet Dora, Dilly, Daisy and the girls up close?
Please note, at certain times of the year the sheep have access to the field (but not the area surrounding the hut!) so you may wake up to find them wandering past the window.
Hi, we are Camilla & Leon and we live on a serene and secluded smallholding slap bang in the middle of the beautiful Somerset Levels.
Last year we were delighted to see our dream realised with the opening of our first shepherd hut offering a sustainable and eco-friendly glamping experience in Somerset, and the perfect romantic escape. We are launching Hut Two in spring 2025.
We are located in a small village in the beautiful Somerset Levels. Our two shepherd huts are situated in their own private meadows surrounded by nature and completely secluded. We have an award winning pub, organic farm shop and cafe all within walking distance. Glastonbury is just half an hour away with its famous Tor and Festival, and the Jurassic Coast is within an hour's drive.
We are surrounded by beautiful walks and cycle routes and the Parrett river is just down the road with options for kayak hire and paddle-boarding.
There are plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes to choose from if you don't fancy cooking out under the stars or inside the hut itself, and don't forget that Somerset is famous for its cider - there are lots of places to sample some of the local producers!
There really is so much to do and explore in this peaceful, quirky and picturesque part of the world.
