We have been letting our family holiday home in beautiful St Mawes since 2007. St Mawes Holidays has been set up to help our guests and other visitors get the most out of their holiday. Meadowside sleeps up to 4 and is ideal for couples seeking a spring or autumn getaway.

Meadowside is just a 10-minute walk to St Mawes Harbour and close to the Sailing Club quay and Summers Beach. This light and airy first floor apartment is equipped with everything you would need for your stay. The open-plan design of the living and dining area has a large feature window which brings the outside in and if there’s a chill in the air, the wood burner adds warmth and cosiness.

St Mawes is one of the best-loved and picturesque waterside villages in Cornwall, ever popular with families and individuals who return year after year to enjoy the sandy beaches, sailing, kayaking, swimming, cliff-top walks and the ancient castle with its breath-taking views over the Carrick Roads. The village is renowned for its charming shops, quaint pubs and excellent selection of cafes and restaurants serving superb fish and other locally sourced ingredients. From the harbour there are regular ferries to Falmouth and the little Place Ferry takes visitors over to St Anthony’s Head where you can explore the war-time fortifications and enjoy the delightful Little and Great Molunan coves. St Mawes is also famous for its fleet of original Falmouth working boats. On race nights you can distinguish each boat by its colourful tri-sail as they jostle for position at the starting line right in front of the harbour. St Mawes is the perfect base to explore the nearby sandy beaches of Towan and Pendower, woodland walks, St Just in Roseland Church and gardens, Portscatho and its art galleries, the famous Hidden Hut, smugglers cove at Portloe, the King Harry Ferry and the beautiful Trelissick House gardens.
