This contemporary 2 storey semi-detached house in a very pleasant new build residential area has been designed to a very high standard with accommodation to suit a variety of needs. The property benefits from a relaxed, open plan kitchen/dining/living space, 2 comfortable bedrooms, both with luxury memory foam mattresses and flat screen TVs and fresh, contemporary décor. The property benefits from allocated off-road parking for 2 vehicles and private access. There is an EV charging point for guests' use. The house is extremely well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen with washer dryer and dishwasher. Guests can also enjoy superfast fibre broadband internet access and streaming services.

This delightful semi-detached property is nestled in a pleasant, new build, residential area with all local amenities and excellent transport links to major routes; Leamington and Warwick town centres; and Warwick Castle and Racecourse. Just around the corner, is a recently opened, large Co-Op, Harbury Catch gourmet fish and chip shop, which also sells draft beers, Bewiched Coffee shop and a pharmacy and dentist.
