The property was built in 2023 so it is fairly new. The apartment is modern and cosy, a perfect size for a couple. There is a kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a lounge area. In the bedroom is a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom. There is also an outdoor herb garden and courtyard to relax in.
In my spare time I enjoy running and walking along the coast path. I also love swimming in the sea. I love spending time with my family and I enjoy socialising and meeting up with my friends.
Mawnan is a quiet village on the way to the Helford river. There is a pub, shop and coffee shop. It is walking distance to miles of coast path walks and beautiful beaches. Glendurgan and Trebah gardens are also in walking distance. It is 10 minutes drive from Falmouth town centre.
