I'm a relative newcomer to Pevensey Bay and I have been thrilled by the welcome I have received from the locals in the village. Everybody here is very friendly and the village is convenient base for exploring the area as well as providing lots of options for shopping and dining. We've got some great local pubs too, all within walking distance. I've run short term holiday lets for quite a number of years and it's always nice to meet new people and welcome them to stay with us. We try and make our properties special by providing everything you could need in a home away from home, replacing the towels and linens regularly and providing great coffee, good wifi and entertainment when the weather isn't great. We also team up with local businesses to get recommendations and discounts.

Friendly village setting adjacent to the beach with pubs, bars and restaurants. Shops and a launderette within easy walking distance. Very extensive beach with water sports, beach side dining. Lots of historical gentle off-road walks to Pevensey Castle and beyond. Good public transport to Eastbourne, large retail stores nearby including Asda for a wider range of groceries. Lots of public transport - No 99 Bus to Eastbourne, Bexhill and Hastings. Pevensey and Westham train station offers services to Hastings Eastbourne and beyond (London stations - East Croydon, Gatwick Airport, Victoria and London Bridge all within 2 hours), secure cycling and parking is also available if you choose to drive.
