Walking distance of Bicester Village, two stations and the Town Centre. The house is maintained to a VERY HIGH STANDARD with all shared areas maintained & cleaned immaculately. GREAT FOR HOMEWORKING. High Speed broadband, desk, chair, plenty of natural light and a soothing environment. BEDROOM with EN-SUITE BATHROOM Lovely room with double bed, huge wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. The room has its own ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. KITCHEN A well kitted out kitchen with plenty of cupboard, fridge and freezer space, microwave, washing machine. LOUNGE Tastefully furnished lounge-dining area with large dining table and chairs. OUTSIDE Room for two cars on drive and plenty of nearby on-street parking. LOCATION Co-Op supermarket and take-away restaurants nearby, newly developed town centre 1km, and world famous Bicester Village Shopping Centre Designer Outlet 1.5km. Excellent transport links: Bicester North station 10 mins walk, Bicester Town station 2km, London Marylebone 52 minutes, Birmingham 1 hour, Oxford 14 minutes. M40 and A34, 7km. Good bus links including Oxford (30 mins), Aylesbury, and Banbury.
