*Welcome book providing key information making the introduction to the house very easy. Excellent communication with host. Great kitchen and living space. The duvets were think and cosy providing an instant hug when getting into bed.

Company information

We are now into our fourth year of running Airbnb properties, and we love to host. We strive for perfection and welcome any feedback to improve guests stays with us. Andrea manages the bookings and hospitality side and David (Andrea’s husband) ensures any maintenance is kept on top of. We live not too far away from the properties which enables us to care for the houses and make sure that any issues arising during stays are sorted promptly. We love food and eating out and can recommend many local restaurants and takeaways to suit. All you need to do is ask! Kindness costs nothing and if we can brighten up your stay with us then we will. We are available by phone, text or email during office hours and only via Airbnb messenger outside of office hours.

Property information

Recently renovated and furnished to a high standard is this three double bedroom semi detached property. Two of the bedrooms have a super king bed which can be converted to two singles. The third bedroom has a double bed. There is plenty of off street parking on the driveway at the front of the property. To the rear is an enclosed garden with seating. This property has modern quirks such as USB ports and charging devices.

Neighbourhood information

The property is situated within an estate but has plenty of amenities in the local village of Hoyland. A two minute drive takes you to Tesco’s. A five minute drive takes you to nearby shops such as Marks and Spencers, Next, B&Q, TK Maxx, Asda, River Island, Matalan, McDonald’s, KFC, Starbucks, Costa Coffee and many more. Parking for at least three vehicles is available on the driveway at the front of the property. A 5 minute drive will take you to junction 36 of the M1 motorway.
