A keen traveller, I’ve lived and worked all over the world including Australia, Brunei, Dubai and Bermuda. My husband Simon and I together with our 2 sons and pet cat live in Bristol, UK but own a property in Penzance, Cornwall. The property was previously owned by Simon’s grandmother who was a talented artist and we decided to put it on Airbnb to share this gorgeous space and some of her beautiful paintings with you. Simon and I are responsive hosts over email (prior, during and after your stay) and there is also a local co-host (Daniel) who can assist in person during your stay at Ting's Place

Ting's Place is very close to local amenities with Penzance harbour and both bus and train stations just a short stroll away. Town centre is less than a 2 min walk, with many independent pubs, bars, restaurants, cafes and shops on your doorstep. Penzance is a short drive from Marazion, St Ives, Lands End or there is the option to take a ferry or helicopter to the Isles of Scilly. There are many coastal paths and some beautiful beaches also nearby. There is one allocated car parking permit space in a shared private car park less than 1 min walk from the property. The parking permit will be made available to guests at check-in and must be returned on check-out. There is also free on-street parking in the street and in the surrounding streets, subject to availability. Additionally, there are quite a few car parks (payment needed) located a short walk away. St Erbyn's long stay car park is free between 16:00-09:00 Mon-Sun and also has charging points (payment required) for electric vehicles. Penzance train and bus stations are a 10 minute walk away from the property.
