The room, while on the cosy side, had absolutely everything one needs, with much attention to detail. For example, home made biscuits and cake, home made hot chocolate, fresh milk. Breakfast options were brilliant and wonderfully cooked.

PLEASE NOTE, WE HAVE TWO PET FRIENDLY ROOMS, WHICH ARE DESCRIBED AS "DOUBLE ROOM" BOTH ARE GROUND FLOOR. HOWEVER ONE CAN BE CONFIGURED AS A TWIN OR SUPER KING. OUR FIRST FLOOR ROOM REMAINS NON-PET FRIENDLY. Originally two houses, the front house was built in the late 1700's the back house was added in the late 1800's we think the houses were joined in the late 1960's

Neighbourhood information

Having our local shops on the high street , enjoying going to our local theatre & restaurants in the evening listerning to live local music in the local pubs and hotels throughout the year. The town has many events in the year Moffat Classic Car Rally, Moffat Rammy Accoustic Music Weekend, Moffat Chirstmas Festival and many more. The many walks and places to see.
